Caitian BA-500 solvent-free epoxy self-flowing flat paint is a room temperature curing solvent-free two-component epoxy paint.

Characteristic

Construction instructions

Mixing: Pour the components A and B into the mixing tank in proportion and stir evenly. The material to be mixed should be quickly applied and the time left in the barrel should not be too long. The product is solidified faster in the container, and the amount of paint at one time is calculated by a construction worker of 5 kg. Note that it is not allowed to scrape the mixture adhering to the wall of the bucket and the bottom of the bucket when pouring out the mixture to prevent possible uneven mixing.

Construction method: trowel construction.

Reference dosage: about 0.8kg/m2. The actual amount and the size of the construction site are related to the surface shape of the base surface;

Tool cleaning: Caitian eight brand epoxy thinner.

Construction conditions: It is recommended to use this product above 5 °C. In order to avoid condensation of water vapor, the construction base surface is required to be dry and clean, the moisture content of the base surface is less than 4%, and the relative humidity of the air is less than 85%. Good ventilation should be maintained during construction and drying in confined spaces.

Coating Description: The enamel is applied to the closed putty layer.

Precautions

1. The environment is required to be clean during construction, and the air is dry and dust-free;

2. During the construction and curing, when the relative humidity of the air is greater than 80%, the surface of the paint film will have back adhesion and loss of light; if the strength of the paint film is no problem, it will not affect the quality of the floor;

3. The circulation of air will affect the drying time;

4. The use time in 5kg batching amount, when the temperature rises or the amount of ingredients increases, the period of use will be shortened accordingly.

Storage: sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated place, protected from moisture, sun, and frost.

Warranty period: 12 months.
