BA-30# base oil is a two-component solvent-based epoxy resin paint cured at room temperature.

It has good permeability and sealing ability to porous substrates such as concrete and terrazzo, strengthens the base strength and provides excellent interadhesion.

Scope of use

As a universal base oil for the Ayada ® Epoxy series paint, applied to concrete, terrazzo or other substrates.

Construction description

Pour components A and B into the mixing bucket in proportion and stir well. Can spray, brush or roll coating construction; Theoretical dosage: 0.12㎏/㎡ (dry film 50μm), the actual dosage is related to the construction method and the porosity of the base surface; It is recommended to use this product above 5℃. In order to avoid water vapor condensation, the construction base is required to be dry and clean, the moisture content of the base is less than 6%, and the relative humidity of the air is less than 85%. Good ventilation should be maintained during construction and drying in narrow Spaces. Apply directly to the treated base surface.

Matters needing attention

1, the construction requires a clean environment, dry air, dust-free;

2, during the construction and curing period, when the relative humidity of the air is greater than 80%, the surface of the paint film will be sticky and lose light; If the film strength is no problem, it will not affect the quality of the floor;

3, the flow of air will affect the drying time;

4, the base oil coated on the base surface should be uniform film. The condition of the base surface will change the coating amount, drying time and recoating interval.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store sealed in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof, sun-proof and anti-freezing.
