Product characteristics

1. Automatic leveling of the coating, smooth and bright surface, with mirror-like effect;

4, the dense surface can resist the erosion of a variety of chemicals, especially inorganic acids.

Construction description

Mixing: During storage, there may be slight precipitation in group B. Stir Group B well before mixing. Pour components A and B into the mixing bucket in proportion and stir well. Note that the mixture adhering to the wall and bottom of the barrel is not allowed to be scraped out when pouring the mixture to prevent possible uneven mixing.

Construction method:

1, the bottom coating: Ayada 30# epoxy bottom oil, the reference amount is about 0.20kg/m2, the specific should be based on the site base situation, to achieve uniform film shall prevail;

2. Medium coating: Depending on the flatness and strength of the base surface, apply quartz sand or quartz powder to the required thickness with Ayada solveless medium coating;

3, surface coating: with a special tooth trowel scraping.

Reference dosage: 0.8～1.0㎏/㎡

Paint film surface thickness:0.4-0.8mm

Construction conditions: It is recommended to use this product above 10℃ when the construction and curing can be carried out normally. In order to avoid water vapor condensation, the construction base is required to be dry and clean, and the relative humidity of the air is less than 85%.

Cleaning agent: epoxy thinner

Precautions: 1, the use time is measured by 5kg of ingredients, when the temperature rises or the amount of ingredients increases, the use period will be shortened accordingly;

2, the construction environment is clean, dry air, dust-free. Appropriate amount of air circulation control, so as not to introduce external impurities, affecting the surface decoration effect

Storage conditions: Sealed storage in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof, sun-proof, anti-freezing, shelf life of six months
