Caitian BA-MB is a solvent-free two-component epoxy coating.

Characteristic

Use

1. It can be equipped with quartz sand or quartz powder as the general middle coating of “Caitian Bapai” epoxy floor coating to improve the strength and flatness of the floor coating;

2. excellent sealing, especially suitable for sealing capillary pores before epoxy surface coating construction;

3. can be equipped with quartz sand or quartz powder, can also be used directly to fill the hole in the substrate.

Construction instructions

Mixing: Pour the components A and B into the mixing tank in proportion and stir evenly. Pour in quartz sand or quartz powder, stir evenly and pour on the base surface coated with the base oil.

Construction method: Scrape directly with a gray knife or adjust 0.5 to 3 times quartz sand (or quartz powder).

Reference dosage: 0.20kg/m2 (add 0.5~1 times quartz powder scraping putty) or 0.6kg/m2·mm (add 1~2 times quartz sand).

Tool cleaning: Caitian eight brand epoxy thinner.

Construction conditions: It is recommended to use this product above 10 °C. In order to avoid condensation of water vapor, the construction base surface is required to be dry and clean, the moisture content of the base surface is less than 4%, and the relative humidity of the air is less than 85%. Good ventilation should be maintained during construction and drying in confined spaces.

First paint: BA-30# epoxy base oil.

Add paint: add all kinds of topcoats of Caitian Ba brand.

Precautions

1. Clean environment, dry air and no dust;

2. the use time is 5kg of ingredients, when the temperature rises or the amount of ingredients increases, the period of use will be shortened accordingly.

Storage: sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated place, protected from moisture, sun, and frost.

Shelf life: 6 months.
