Overview

Caitian BA-30W base oil is a waterborne two-component epoxy paint.

Characteristic

1. Water-based base oil with good adhesion in humid environment;

2. can reduce the blistering phenomenon of paint film caused by underground moisture.

Use

It is especially suitable for damp concrete, terrazzo and other base surfaces.

Construction instructions

Mixing: Pour the components A and B into the mixing tank in proportion and stir evenly.

The group A and the group B are mixed in proportion (3:1), and after emulsification for 3-5 minutes, the total amount of water after mixing (15% of the component A) is stirred and evenly coated or scraped on the ground.

Emulsification test standards:

Use a transparent cup to take a small amount of the stirred mixture. If there is oil on the bottom of the cup, it means that the emulsion is not emulsified. Stirring is continued. If there is no oil bead, the emulsification is completed.

Construction method: brush or roller construction.

Reference dosage: about 0.25kg/㎡.

Tool cleaning: water.

Construction conditions: It is recommended to use this product above 10 °C, requiring no floating water on the base surface, and the relative humidity of the air is less than 85%. Good ventilation should be maintained during construction and drying in confined spaces.

Paint first: none.

Add paint: Caitian eight brand all kinds of medium or top coat.

Precautions

1. The environment is required to be clean during construction, and the air is dry and dust-free;

2. The base oil should be uniformly formed on the base surface. The condition of the base will change the amount of coating, drying time and recoating interval.

Storage: sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated place, protected from moisture, sun, and frost.

Warranty period: 12 months.
