Use

Mixing: Group A and B are mixed in proportion (4:1), and after emulsification for 3-5 minutes, add 12% of water (ie 15% of component A) after mixing and evenly roll or scrape on the ground. on.

Inspection standard: Use a transparent cup to take a small amount of the stirred mixture. If there is oil on the bottom of the cup, it means that the emulsion is not emulsified. Continue to stir; if there is no oil, it means the emulsification is completed.

Construction method

1. Undercoat: Caitian BA-30W waterborne epoxy base oil, the reference dosage is 0.2kg/m2, which should be determined according to the condition of the surface of the site, and the uniform film formation shall prevail;

2. the middle coating: according to the flatness and strength of the base surface, using the color field BA-30W waterborne epoxy base oil to mix quartz sand or quartz powder to the required thickness;

3. top coat: A, B group is evenly mixed after roller coating, brushing or spraying.

Reference dosage: about 0.30kg/m2 (two times)

Paint film surface thickness: about 80 um (one time dry film thickness)

Tool cleaning: water.

Construction conditions: It is recommended to use this product above 10 °C. In order to avoid condensation of water vapor, the construction base surface is required to be dry and clean, the moisture content of the base surface is less than 4%, and the relative humidity of the air is less than 85%. Good ventilation should be maintained during construction and drying in confined spaces.

First paint: first apply epoxy base oil and medium coat.

Add paint: no.

Precautions

1. The use time is 5kg. When the temperature rises or the dosage increases, the use period will be shortened accordingly;

2. The environment is clean during construction, and the air is dry and dust-free. The air circulation is controlled in an appropriate amount to avoid introducing foreign impurities and affecting the surface decoration effect.

Storage: sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated place, protected from moisture, sun, and frost.

Shelf life: 6 months.
