STEP1 : BASE SURFACE TREATMENT
Base cleaning: Use a broom to clean up the garbage on the ground to be treated; Where there is water, the water source should first be cut off, and the surface water should be removed, and then try to dry the ground (if the ground to be constructed is the first floor or basement, it should also consider whether it needs to be waterproof and moisture-proof treatment); Where there is oil, use organic solvents (such as Tianna water, xylene, etc.) to wash and dry; Paint or other unidentified pollutants should be properly treated, its methods are grinding, organic solvent scrubbing and so on.
Ground grinding and leveling: Remove the floating slurry on the surface of the ground, increase the adhesion between the ground and the undercoat, and use the self-suction sander to smooth all the construction surfaces, so that the epoxy undercoat can better bond with the cement floor.
On the ground leveling, due to the surface paint has a flow, in order to prevent the surface paint on the ground thickness is not uniform, so the ground must be polished (note: the ground grinding to avoid excessive grinding, grinding out the ground stone). Use the ruler to find out all the uneven parts of the ground (raised parts) and mark them with markers, and use the self-vacuuming sander to smooth the ground.
Grooves and other uneven places: polish the seam of the ground grooves with a hand-held Angle grinder. 1/repair wider cracks and potholes, it is best to use fast dry solventless epoxy resin coating to repair quartz sand;

3/for small cracks should be first cut into V-shaped grooves with a mill, and quick-drying solvent-free epoxy mortar for joint filling treatment;
4/After curing, use sandpaper to smooth and clean the ground.
Use the hollow drum hammer to find out all the hollow drum parts of the construction ground, and use the cutting machine to cut, the electric hammer to chisel the ground and use the high-double medium coating mortar to patch it, and then use the hand grinder to fine beat until smooth after full curing.
In the construction, the cement floor base should be pre-treated well, such as the cement floor sand, empty drum, joints of the ground that are not poured in the same batch, joints formed by the ground wiring groove, and the first floor return tide. For the ground that needs to be poured by the construction unit (especially in the first floor), it is recommended to pour the ground and level the ground before entering the construction (because the cement mortar ground has a large water content, The first floor lighting itself is poor, so the ground must be fully dry in order to carry out construction. If the ground to be constructed is the first floor or basement, it needs to be waterproof and moisture-proof treatment, otherwise it is easy to bubble)
STEP2 : UNDERCOAT APPLICATION
1/paint the Catian BA-30# epoxy base oil, so that it fully permeates the ground, to reach the surface of the film shall be subject to uniform without omission;
2/ according to the proportion of mixing evenly, without placing can be directly constructed;
3/ depending on the size of the area to determine the number of construction personnel. Bottom oil construction completed testing standards: uniform film formation, a certain brightness.
STEP3: ANTI-CORROSION MEDIUM COATING CONSTRUCTION
1/ After the bottom coating is dry, scrape it with Caitian BA-MS anti-corrosion medium paint, and then lay a layer of 04 glass fiber cloth
2/ After the first anticorrosive medium coating dries, scrape the second coating with Caitian BA-MS anticorrosive medium coating and lay the second layer of 04 glass fiber cloth
3/ after curing, can carry out the next step of construction
STEP4: TOPCOAT APPLICATION
1/ trowel trowel: Caitian BA-330 phenolic epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating, to ensure uniform scraping without missing.
2/ surface coating construction completed inspection standards: uniform film formation, no foaming, uniform color, with good scratch resistance.
3/ trowel coating reference amount: 0.5~ 1.0kg /㎡, roller coating reference amount: 0.3kg/㎡
