03 CONSTRUCTION PROCESS DESCRIPTION

STEP1 ： BASE SURFACE TREATMENT

Carefully check the metal interior ceiling before construction to ensure that the metal interior ceiling is firm, no rust, no water, dust, oil, dirt and other loose objects. Failure to meet the above conditions shall be dealt with as follows:

1/ high pressure air gun to clean the impurities of the inner ceiling dust; Replace the rusty firmware and add the firmware at a suitable location.

2/ with the appropriate cleaning agent to remove grease, sandblasting to Sa2.5 or power tools to remove rust St3, roughness 40-70 microns, and keep the surface clean and dry.

3/ due to water-based paint, it is easy to flow from sharp corners to form a "corner effect", in order to protect the corners from corrosion, it is necessary to grind the corners and pre-paint.

4/remove water, dust, oil, rust, dirt and other loose objects; Protect finished products and semi-finished products. Including doors, Windows, door frames and glass ornaments.

STEP 2 ：ANTICORROSIVE PAINT CONSTRUCTION

1/the anti-corrosion parts are pre-coated with Caitian BA-960 water-based acrylic anti-corrosion finish.

2/the coating brush is smooth to ensure that there is no empty drum and no wrinkle.

3/Paint Caitian BA-960 water-based acrylic anti-corrosion coating again on the surface until the construction reaches the ideal thickness.

4/construction precautions: rainy days or excessive wet weather prohibit construction, maintain the air circulation of the construction environment; Excessive water dilution will increase the risk of painting, and prone to problems such as insufficient covering power and insufficient fullness of the paint film, which will eventually reduce the comprehensive performance of the film, so the film can not be too thick at a time, it is recommended that the thickness of a single dry film is 30μm.

5/the construction environment temperature ≥10℃, humidity ≤85%, and the surface temperature of the construction workpiece is greater than 3℃ dew point temperature.

STEP 3 ：OTHER PRECAUTIONS

Safety matters: This product is used by professionals in industrial places, please refer to this manual and health and safety manual when using, if customers do not carefully understand the health and safety knowledge of the product before using this product, please contact the company. The paint is relatively harmless paint, in order to avoid accidents and dangers, the minimum safety measures should be taken as follows: the paint is water-based paint, generally without burning and explosion risk, but should be properly ventilated to improve the painting environment. Since the paint is not harmless, effective measures should still be taken to prevent skin and eyes from coming into contact with the paint (such as working clothes, gloves, goggles, face masks and protective oils, etc.). If the product comes into contact with the skin, wash thoroughly with warm water and soap or appropriate industrial cleaners; If eyes are contaminated, rinse with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention immediately. It is recommended to wear a ventilation mask to avoid inhaling paint mist and harmful volatiles, especially in the construction of poor ventilation environment, carefully handle the old paint drum to avoid polluting the environment.
